The monthly 'Win a Year's Supply of Rice Dream, Oat Dream or Almond Dream' prize draw is open to all UK residents (excluding Northern Island) aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Kallo Foods Ltd or Hain Celestial Group. (The "Promoter"), its affiliated companies, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the draw.

By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

By signing up to the database anywhere on the mydairyfreedream.com website, including via the 'Sign up for Insight, News, Recipes and Offers' form at the top of each webpage, the competitions page or coupons page, you are eligible to be entered into the 'Win a Year's Supply' prize draw. To enter the prize draw you are required to have submitted a valid email address.

By entering the competition, you have opted into the mydairyfreedream.com database where we may use your details to contact you about our products and services via email. We will not sell your name, address or phone number to any other third party. All our email correspondence contains an unsubscribe option by which you can opt out of further email contact if you so wish.

The opening date and the closing date for each monthly prize draw is as follows:

• March - Opening date is 07/03/2013 and the closing date is 06/04/2013.
• April - Opening date is 07/04/2013 and the closing date is 06/05/2013.
• May - Opening date is 07/05/2013 and the closing date is 06/06/2013.
• June - Opening date is 07/06/2013 and the closing date is 06/07/2013.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, telecommunications or technical error. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.

Multiple entries are accepted. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.

The prizes are non-transferable, non- refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date under independent supervision. The winners will be notified by email by no later than one week after the closing date. The prize must be claimed within one month of notification. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winner, however, if the prize is not claimed within one month of notification, an alternative winners will be chosen.

There will be 1 winner per prize draw. Each prize draw consists of a year's supply of Rice Dream, Oat Dream or Almond Dream in the form of 48 x 1L cartons, in a flavour variant of the winner's choice (subject to availability). Each yearly prize will be supplied in 2 x deliveries bi-annually to the specified address.

The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winners may be required to take part in related publicity which may include (without limitation) participating in photo, recording, video and/or film session(s). In this regard you agree that we shall have the right to use all the resulting publicity materials in any medium (including, without limitation, the internet) and in any manner we see fit in connection with the promotion.

Coupons are restricted to one coupon per household.

All our email correspondence contains an unsubscribe option by which you can opt out of further email contact if you so wish.

The first 10,000 participants will receive an online 50p off voucher for Rice Dream range;

This voucher entitles one household to 50p off the above Dream range and will be redeemable in most supermarkets and convenience stores. The offer is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 16 years or over only.

Only one 50p off voucher per household may be used at any supermarket or convenience stores. The supermarket and/or convenience stores may charge full price for the Dream product if a valid 50p off voucher is not surrendered as payment. Photocopied or defaced 50p off vouchers are not valid. The voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or voucher.

All 50p off vouchers are subject to availability and these terms and conditions.

All 50p off vouchers must be used before the expiry date printed on the voucher or within 12 months of receiving the voucher if no expiry date is shown.
