Hints of tropical living here, with mango, banana and lime creating a smoothie that will transport you to the Caribbean in seconds.
Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 1 banana
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 200ml Organic or Calcium Rice Dream
- 4 ice cubes
Method
- Peel the mango and banana and cut into cubes.
- Grate the zest of the lime.
- Put the lime juice and zest, the diced fruit, Rice Dream and ice cubes in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and serve right away.
- Makes a delicious accompaniment to carrot cake.
