This sensational breakfast smoothie combines almond flavoured rice dream, omega rich flax seed and frozen berries to create a delicious creamy drink that will be loved by children and adults alike. This is perfect for a breakfast on the go or refreshing nourishing snack.

Ingredients

300ml / 10 ½ floz Almond flavoured Rice Dream
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
250g / 9oz frozen summer berries
1 ripe banana
30g / 1oz raisins
Handful of ice cubes optional

Method

  1. Simply place the ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth and creamy.
  2. Blend in ice to chill if desired.
