Oatmeal and chocolate nut cookies

Naughty but so nice, these cookies will be a popular treat for the kids and make a delicious snack for adults.

Ingredients

Flour 150g
Cornflour 20g
Oatmeal 20g
Baking Powder 7g
Cinnamon 2g
1 pinch salt Sugar syrup
150g Oat Dream
60ml Sunflower oil
100ml Chocolate 50gr
Chopped walnuts 50g

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, cornflower, oatmeal, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Add the sugar syrup, sunflower oil and Oat Dream and mix together.
  4. Break up the chocolate into small pieces. Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
  5. Place tablespoon-size balls of the mixture onto the paper parchment on a baking tray.
  6. Each pile of cookie mixture must be approximately 2 inches apart on the baking tray.
  7. After 10 minutes remove the golden cookies and let cool.
  8. For best results, enjoy with a glass of warm Oat Dream.
