Oatmeal and chocolate nut cookies

Naughty but so nice, these cookies will be a popular treat for the kids and make a delicious snack for adults.
Ingredients
Flour 150g
Cornflour 20g
Oatmeal 20g
Baking Powder 7g
Cinnamon 2g
1 pinch salt Sugar syrup
150g Oat Dream
60ml Sunflower oil
100ml Chocolate 50gr
Chopped walnuts 50g
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, cornflower, oatmeal, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- Add the sugar syrup, sunflower oil and Oat Dream and mix together.
- Break up the chocolate into small pieces. Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
- Place tablespoon-size balls of the mixture onto the paper parchment on a baking tray.
- Each pile of cookie mixture must be approximately 2 inches apart on the baking tray.
- After 10 minutes remove the golden cookies and let cool.
- For best results, enjoy with a glass of warm Oat Dream.
